Production Order Lifecycle¶

A Production Order is processed by the following workflow:

A new production order can be either start as Pending or Created. A Pending order is waiting for confirmation (ie: payment consolidation, raw materials verification, etc.)

A Production Order can be Canceled at any stage of its lifecycle, except at the Returned state.

In sum:

• Pending - A new production order that is not yet confirmed.
• Created - A new production order that is ready to be produced, or an order that was rejected and reentered the production cycle.
• Production - Production order under production.
• Quality Assurance- Production order under quality assurance stage.
• Rejected- Production order failed to pass the quality assurance stage.
• Ready - Production order is produced and ready to be shipped.
• Sent - Production order is in transit.
• Blocked - Production order which transit has been blocked.
• Received - Production order was received.
• Returned - Production order was returned.
• Canceled - Production order was canceled.
